Meggan Gardner has worked for Golf Canada for 20 years; serving as the Director of Heritage Services for the last 7 years.   She has assisted in research for a variety of publications, film productions and other media, including the most recent book, “From Rockway to Augusta: My Life in Golf” by Gary Cowan.

Board and volunteer committees Meggan has served on include Visit Oakville (2012-2017, Chair 2016-2017), Doors Open Oakville (2010 – 2012), and the International Sports Heritage Association (2008-Present, currently serving as President),

Meggan studied at Trent University where she earned her Masters in History and Classical Studies.   Following her degree, she then attended Sir Sandford Fleming College for Museum Management, Curatorship and Archival Studies.  In 2019, Meggan became an accredited appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers and is USPAP compliant.
